Can I return an item if I change my mind, or if it does not fit?

Yes, we allow Change of Mind returns, including where an item of clothing does not fit. However, proof of purchase, such as an original receipt, must be provided, and the return is made within the time frame and conditions provided within our Returns Policy. See Returns Policy for further details.

Do you deliver across Australia?

Australia may be a big but we deliver right across the country for a flat-rate, regardless of the number of items and where they are going. Refer to Shipping for further details.

Do you deliver outside Australia?

At the moment we only deliver within Australia - sorry!! However, this policy is under constant review and we may change it at some point in the future. We'll let everyone know if the policy changes.

When will my order by despatched?

Our target is to despatch your items from our store within two business days of receiving your order. This applies all year. We won't make excuses about being busy around Christmas. Your order is important to us and you deserve to receive it as soon as possible.

What if I order something and it's sold out or you cannot supply?

From time to time things go wrong or we make a mistake! If you order an item from us and we cannot supply for whatever reason, we will contact you ASAP and offer to either immediately refund everything you have paid, have you choose something else or wait until it's back in store - the choice will be 100% yours. Either way we want you to be happy and get your order out to you as soon as we can.
