Little Nest / Baby Nest Loyalty Program

1. By registering and/or using your Little Nest / Baby Nest Loyalty Card, you consent to the terms of this agreement.

2. The Loyalty Card is issued to you by Little Nest / Baby Nest. It offers a reward based on a dollar value to use in the Little Nest and Baby Nest stores. We reserve the right to change these amounts at any time by notifying you by email, or by changing the terms and conditions on our website.

3. Loyalty Dollars will not be awarded upon purchase of gift certificates or gift cards, but will be awarded when gift certificates or gift cards are redeemed.

4. With the exception of Gift Certificate or Gift Card purchases, and except where stated otherwise, Loyalty Dollars will be awarded to customers for all purchases in the physical Little Nest and Baby Nest stores, and for other products or offers as specified by Little Nest / Baby Nest from time to time. Loyalty Dollars will not be awarded in association with any other offer or discount. Loyalty Dollar balances are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

5. Loyalty Dollars earned at either store can be redeemed at both the Little Nest and Baby Nest stores.

6. Loyalty Dollars are earned on in-store purchases only. Loyalty Dollars are not earned on any purchases made on the www.ourbabynest.com.au or www.littlenestalbury.com.au websites.

7. Upon the refund of any purchase, the Loyalty Dollars associated with that purchase will be deducted from the Loyalty Card account.

8. Loyalty Dollars earned on Lay-By purchases will only be credited to the Loyalty Card account upon completion and full payment of the Lay-By transaction.

9. While every endeavour will be made in store to ensure Little Nest / Baby Nest Loyalty Dollars are correctly awarded, Little Nest / Baby Nest takes no responsibility for technical errors associated with crediting Loyalty Dollars onto the Loyalty Card.

10. The Little Nest / Baby Nest Loyalty Card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any points or cash balance on your Loyalty Card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

11. In the case of a lost or stolen card; Little Nest / Baby Nest Loyalty Program members should visit either the Little Nest or Baby Nest store and request a new card. Every endeavour will be made to ensure that the full Loyalty Dollar balance is also transferred to the new card; however, Little Nest / Baby Nest will not be responsible for any Loyalty Dollars accrued that are lost in the transfer. Cards that are reported as lost or stolen will immediately be cancelled and will be no longer able to be used.

12. We reserve the right not to accept a Little Nest / Baby Nest Loyalty Card should we believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

13. No fees will be charged by Little Nest / Baby Nest for the issue, registration, activation or use of the Loyalty Card.

14. Little Nest / Baby Nest reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program at any time by notifying members through email or website.

15. Information collected from members at the time of signing up to the Little Nest / Baby Nest Loyalty Program is subject to the Privacy Policy as stated on this website.
